The Friendly Villagers Meet Chief Golt

On June 29, 2022 Miami Shores Friendly Villager President, Susanne Rice and Vice President, Fran O’Connell represented our organization at the Greater Miami Shores Chamber of Commerce event, “Coffee with the Chief”. This event was hosted by our Friendly Villager member, Patrizia Bonaduce, at her stunning realty office, DWK located in our downtown Second Avenue. The one-on-one event was intended for the purpose of meeting Chief David Golt in person, and encouraging a strong relationship between our community and our Police Department. It was a great opportunity in a more relaxed atmosphere to casually discuss areas of concerns and share suggestions. Also present, our City Manager, Esmond Scott, Vice Mayor Dan Marinberg and Councilwoman, Alice Burch. The event was also the perfect setting for Susanne to present Chief Golt with a signed copy of her published book, "Murder in the Shores".
